With over 27 years of experience, I have a proven track record as a Business Leader and an Innovator. My career journey is a story of reinvention, leading change, and successfully navigating disruptive business environments. My need for reinvention has led me to have a diverse experience of roles across industries, practices, audiences, and various sales and marketing disciplines.
As an agile and adaptable professional, I have thrived, succeeded, and accomplished many milestones. I have established Marketing Centres of Excellence, Led Digital Transformation and Digital Marketing, Managed Global Sales Accounts, and Executed Product management and Pre-Sales functions.
I head up Edelman’s digital practice for Asia, which entails owning the business unit PnL, creating digital products/ solutions for our clients, managing digital talent, building and scaling our digital capabilities, and providing a point of view to the industry at large on digital trends. I also lead our APAC organisation’s enablement of Artificial Intelligence tools and processes.
Outside of work, I love to give back to the industry by mentoring at TASMU Accelerator and Eduspaze. I’m always keen to help with product development, user experience, advertising, and global brand creation. I’m passionate about innovation and challenging the status quo, and I believe in the power of diverse viewpoints.
As a leader, I am deeply committed to fostering an inclusive and transparent work environment. I believe in the power of a shared vision, empathy, and a growth mindset, which is critical to building a high-performance team. I have also had the opportunity to be a guest lecturer at some great universities, and I’m often asked to speak about marketing, digital transformation, and leadership. I served as an Advisory Board Member of the Asia CMO Council from 2021 to 2023. I also served as the Chair of the Chief Digital Officer Forum (Asia Pacific) for the World Federation of Advertisers from 2015 to 2018.
